Stefan C. Dombrowski, Ph.D., MBA, brings a combination of life experience and clinical expertise to his practice, creating a heart-centered, scientifically grounded plan to help clients enhance their well-being and success. Drawing on his understanding of life’s joys and challenges, Dr. Dombrowski employs a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. These include person-centered therapy, family systems therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and existential therapy.

Dr. Dombrowski specializes in treating anxiety, depression, anger management, and relationship challenges. He has extensive experience working with health professionals, executives, business owners, law enforcement officers, military personnel, attorneys, and other professionals, helping them navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, impatience, relationship difficulties, and compassion fatigue.

With a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Georgia and a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology from the University of California, Davis Medical Center, Dr. Dombrowski is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has served as a graduate professor in Rider University's school psychology program for over 20 years, where he has mentored counseling and psychology students. A prolific scholar, he has authored five books and more than 130 articles and chapters on counseling and psychological assessment.

Dr. Dombrowski earned his undergraduate degree from William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, reflecting a prior career in finance. A longtime resident of South Jersey, he enjoys an active family life as a father and husband. Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Dombrowski finds joy in playing tennis, running, and cheering on his teenage sons in their athletic endeavors.
